The widow of Jose Campos, who passed away in May 2006, Beatrice Campos inherited from her late husband a significant portion in Unilab, the Philippine's largest pharmaceuticals maker. In addition to Unilab, which was co-founded by Beatrice's husband, the family also has a controlling stake in Del Monte Pacific.
The latter is run by her son Joselito and it's become the first company to have a dual listing in Singapore and the Philippines as of June 2013. Also, Del Monte Pacific saw a 17% increase to $32 million on higher revenues last year.
