Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre was charged with allegedly breaching a family violence restraining order before she told the world she’d been involved in a horrific crash and had just four days to live.
The 41-year-old mom is accused of breaching the court order in Perth, Australia — where US-born Giuffre lives — on Feb. 2, 7News reported.
Exact details of the restraining order weren’t immediately available, and a rep for Giuffre — who famously claimed to have been made to have sex with Britain’s Prince Andrew — has yet to comment on it.

However, Giuffre, who shares three kids with her estranged husband Robert Giuffre, is due to appear in court next Wednesday over the alleged breach.
News of the charge emerged soon after Giuffre announced in a social media post over the weekend that she was on her deathbed after being involved in a crash with a school bus.
Giuffre, who is believed to have recently separated from her husband of more than 20 years, posted a photo of herself bruised and battered as she begged to see her kids one last time.
“I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live,” she posted. “I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time.”
While police have said publicly there were “no reported injuries” in the March 24 crash, Giuffre’s rep later insisted the mom took herself to the hospital when her “condition worsened” several days after the wreck.
“The police were called but said there was no one available to come to the scene. They asked if anyone was injured and suggested that if they were, they should make their way to the hospital,” a spokeswoman said.

“The school bus driver had a bus full of distraught children and left the scene to get them back, saying he would file a police report, which he did later.”
“Today she remains in serious condition while receiving medical care,” the rep added.
The spokeswoman also said Giuffre had mistakenly shared the grim post to her public Instagram instead of her private Facebook page.
Giuffre — who is among Epstein’s most high-profile accusers — had been living in Perth with her husband and kids.
But her father, Sky Roberts, told DailyMail.com the couple had recently split and were embroiled in a messy divorce.
“She’s in really bad shape,” he said in the wake of the crash.
“She’s very depressed … there’s everything else she’s been going through with the divorce and not being able to see her kids.”
The Post reached out to Giuffre’s rep but didn’t hear back immediately.
